We advised 2TM/Mercado Bitcoin in its Series B Round with SoftBank, which is investing USD 200 million in the conglomerate.
It was the largest Series B round in Latin America and the Mercado Bitcoin was valued at USD 2.1 billion, making it the region’s first crypto unicorn.
