Resolution CD/ANPD nº 4, of 02/24/2023, which approves the Regulation of Dosimetry and Application of Administrative Sanctions, which allows the ANPD to apply sanctions for non-compliance with the LGPD, was published in the Official Gazette yesterday, 02/27/ 2023.

The Regulation was anxiously awaited by all professionals in the area, since it deals with the sanctioning action of the ANPD and its main objective is to establish the parameters and criteria in the application of administrative sanctions, as well as to establish forms and dosimetries for calculating the base value of the fine sanctions.
